In its urgent appeal, the organization and the international institutions called for the resolution of the issue of “one hundred and fourteen” refugees from “Palestinian, Syrian and Yemeni nationality” held in the “Barakeh shelter” in the Algerian state of Tamanrasset in difficult circumstances for reasons of entering the country illegally from nearly three and a half months ago.
As of the date of this statement, these refugees continue to suffer in the detention center. The organization hopes that the Algerian leadership, headed by the President and the Prime Minister, will immediately intervene to resolve this humanitarian issue.

The international organizations concerned with the defense of human rights and the signatory to this appeal are very grateful to you and hope that you will follow up on the issue of “one hundred and fourteen” refugees from “Palestinian, Syrian and Yemeni nationality” are being held in the “Baraka shelter center” in the Algerian state of Tamanrasset for reasons of entering the country illegally for almost three and a half months in difficult circumstances. Among these detained refugees are children, women, the elderly and the injured, including those who lost their parents in the war, including the destruction of his home, almost a week ago, the authorities concerned forcibly removed them from Algeria.
These “detained” refugees in the state of Tamanrasset want to enjoy security and peace in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and through you and through local organizations appeal to them to stop their deportation and to consider settling their legal status as refugees in Algeria.
The principle of the need to protect human rights and to protect refugees is at the heart of international law. We therefore call upon you to take the necessary steps to do so. We hope that you will take immediate action to immediately release these refugees and offer them help and assistance. We hope that the opened door of humanity of the Algerian Republic will never close, Always solidarity with the oppressed peoples, and always supporting the Arab humanitarian issues, they did not leave their homeland voluntarily and they did not choose the place of refuge, but fate came to Algeria, and we in the international organizations signatory to this appeal highly appreciate your gesture of humanity for this issue.
