Amnesty International’s report against the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai is political and in violation of legal and professional standards

The report, published on March 6, 2020, continued to list the fallacies and insinuate the accusations that are far from human rights ethics and standards, and which not only targeted Sheikh “Mohammed”, but also went on to seek non-human and inhuman arrows against a state “United Arab Emirates”, and against Emirati women in particular in the report, a paragraph states that (“Federal law in the United Arab Emirates denies women protection and leaves them vulnerable, which often makes them vulnerable to abuse by male family members).”

After the publication of the aforementioned and deprecated report, some Arab and British media are still racing to this day to publish it, analyze it, and give it politicized headlines aimed at defaming and insulting the ruler of “Dubai” and the United Arab Emirates.

We at the “International Observatory to Document and Monitor Human Rights Violations” consider that the Amnesty International report is political and directed against Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as a high-ranking government official, and that this report and the abusive statements and tweets that followed in the media completely violates legal and professional standards and lacks credibility.

The “Observatory” considers that the “Supreme Court’s” findings in the “United Kingdom” are a family issue and we or organizations claiming to be human rights or media are not entitled to interpret its unknown interpretations and backgrounds, which should not be circulated or published in order to preserve the dignity and feelings of the family. ((No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his private life, family affairs, residence, or correspondence, nor to campaigns that affect his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the law to protect him from such interference or campaigns.)) Article 12 of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.

The “Observatory” also believes that the defamation campaign practiced by the politicized media aims to mislead the facts, which must stop there, while offering the official apology to the “United Arab Emirates” leadership and people, and in particular to the ruler of “Dubai”.

And the “Observatory” declares its full solidarity with Sheikh “Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,” the owner of initiatives and achievements and great humanitarian and literary works, who has a deep imprint in the whole world.
