Announcement of the opening of registration for membership of the general body of the International Observatory for the documentation of human rights violations
The “International Observatory for The Documentation of Human Rights Violations“, which is officially registered in the state of “Argentina” as an International Center for the documentation and defense of human rights violations, announces the opening of registration for membership of the general body of the Observatory.
The “Observatory” aims to protect human rights and work to promote the values of justice and equality for all, and through our commitment to the values of democracy and human rights, we work to document violations suffered by individuals and society in general.
We therefore invite all individuals who feel a desire to defend and promote human rights to join us and participate in our efforts.

In order to apply for membership and review the membership conditions and the required documents:
Membership conditions:
– Any person loyal to the principles of human rights in the world has the right to become a member of the “Observatory”, and to confirm that a person has this status, he must send a report on the activities he has carried out to protect and promote human rights, which qualifies him to become a source of assistance to the “Observatory” within its fields of activities.
– Any individual wishing to become an individual member of the “observatory” must submit a membership application to the board of directors directly or through the mechanism announced on the official website , and provide the board with the following:
The applicant for membership must provide the “observatory” with the following documents:
A CV, a photocopy of his personal ID or passport, a solar photograph, a judicial record (not sentenced), and photocopies of the certificates he holds.
A letter explaining the motives of the person to join the “Observatory” membership, in which the applicant declares his approval of the system and goals of the “Observatory” and his readiness to cooperate with all members of the “Observatory” wherever they are on the principle of friendship, brotherhood and mutual respect, and to work with the stated goals of the “Observatory”.
He must have completed eighteen years of age (16 years)
He enjoys his civil rights, is not convicted of a felony, and has a degree of culture and a good reputation.
He should not be at the center of decision-making in any political entity or body / organization whose principles and interests conflict with the goals of the “Observatory“.
Work for the benefit of the” Observatory“, avoiding actions that may offend it, harm it or hinder the achievement of its goals.
_ Member obligations:
All associate members should work to advance the goals of the “Observatory” and avoid any action that would offend or harm the reputation of the “Observatory”, or hinder the achievement of the goals of the “Observatory” at the local, regional or international level.
Work to support the efforts of the members of the” Observatory ” and participate in activities and conferences.
Commitment to the system and the stated goals of the “Observatory “on the official website.
Compliance with the resolutions issued by the general conference or the board of directors.
Payment of the annual statutory contribution established by the board of directors.
Inform the board of directors about any damage or violations suffered by any member of the “Observatory“.

The “observatory” will also announce through the official website a mechanism to select (representatives, administrative and regional managers, delegates, mission officials and ambassadors) of its competence and human rights, social and media competencies, in order to be partners in the responsibility to make human rights a sun shining on the world to see itself and see us.

(The International Observatory for Documenting Human Rights Violations), is an independent Argentine international center, registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, as a non-governmental, non-profit organization, working with the aim of defending human rights and documenting violations around the world. It was established on the tenth of December 2015, and obtained the license Official from the Argentine government in the year 2021. The members of the observatory cover their activities in 64 countries.
We are a team of people who are interested and believe in the protection of human rights, in all countries of the world, especially in countries where defenders are subjected to the most severe direct targeting campaigns.
